Donnie and Randell from Bio One came out and met with me regarding a relatives house after he'd passed away. Unbeknownst to my family was the individual had been a hoarder. A single homeowner since 1967 a house of 2,400 square feet was completely filled. Only one upstairs bedroom was able to be entered as the rest were filled from floor to ceiling with only a narrow pathway to navigate. After the house was emptied the structural issues came more into play. Mold, cracking walls and dirt and grime so thick you'd want to wash your hands every time you even touched a wall. If you leaned against anything you were covered in dirt. Bio One cleaned the entire house from ceiling to walls to floors. They also treated the basement for mold, removed all the dry wall and treated the walls afterwards. Randell even helped brace the basement walls and outside wall which need to be repaired but had no bracing downstairs and the brace outside had rotted and was falling down. He also addressed the back with a new black tarp and made this home look beyond better. Bio One also painted the entire top floor (1,200 square feet) and it looked like a brand new house. Completely clean and sparkling with new paint. I can not recommend them highly enough. They were both extremely professional, sensitive and knowledgeable about all things related to this property. In addition they even cleaned out the relatives vehicle and got rid of a horrible smell that no one could address. They use an unmarked truck for the job and are very sensitive to the feelings of the family involved and showed up on time and completed every task quickly, efficiently and to the best of their abilities. We had several plumbers who took advantage of my eighty plus year old parents and Bio One did the opposite. They honored every quote given and went above and beyond on every job assigned and asked of them. Loss and this kind of clean up is very difficult to deal with and they made the process a million times easier.
